From routines that will help you to capture ideas using words and phrases to practical steps to assemble your ideas into a song, this is an easy book to listen to. Jeff explains the importance of mindset, and of course, the steps you need to take to take action. He creates a song following the process described and you get to hear the final product at the end.<\/p>\n
I’d definitely recommend the audio version of this, as you will hear the exercises as they are described and get a real sense of what’s going on. Jeff has a warm, engaging tone, and the three hours flies by. I bought this based on a recommendation and it was a pleasant surprise. I’ll definitely be trying some of the exercises, and not just for music.<\/p>\n
