While the intention of the book is to provide a way to plan and prioritise software features and releases, it can also be applied to other projects and campaigns. I have successfully used it to manage marketing campaigns and non-technical collaborative projects where it has been essential to bring disparate stakeholders together, develop a shared understanding and agree what to focus on.<\/p>\n
If you are in the business of managing or improving digital services then this is essential reading. It brings together a number of the key aspects required to deliver succesfully.
