Transform your life or the life of someone you love with LIFE FORCE - the newest breakthroughs in health technology to help maximize your energy and strength, prevent disease, and extend your health span - from Tony Robbins, author of the #1 New York Times bestseller Money: Master the Game

If a book is to be judged by the amount of content it contains, this is a bit of a monster! Tony Robbins Life Force is a hefty tome coming in at 720 pages and crammed with information across a diverse set of topics focused on improving health and longevity. And in the main, it delivers.

Tony takes you on a whistle-stop tour of the latest developments in healthcare, biotechnology, longevity and beyond. There’s a lot to take in, some unbelievable developments in regenerative medicine, from gene therapy to supplementation, organ growth and advanced therapies for just about everything. There are dedicated sections for the big six killers – heart disease, cancer, strokes, autoimmune disease, diabetes and obesity and alzheimers.

The good news is that there are lots of actions you can take around your diet, lifestyle and attitude that can greatly improve your health. They are clearly laid out and by the end I had accumulated a bit of a shopping list of things I want to explore further. There were also a number of suggested therapies I immediately passed on to relatives and friends that I thought might be helpful. Some of the recommendations for chronic pain relief, for example, sound particularly promising.

The not-so-good news is that a lot of the recommended therapies are for companies that Tony is invested in, so it does feel like a marketing exercise for those products – none of which are cheap! However, when reading you’re carried along by Tony’s enthusiasm, he strongly believes in the therapies on offer and there are definitely some worth exploring. Just make sure to look at alternatives to the options Tony and his co-authors provide.

In conclusion, this is a reference book that’s worth adding to your collection. There are some sound practices and recommendations that you can integrate into your life, without breaking the bank, and a number of therapies that you can look into if you or your loved ones are faced with any of the conditions that are covered.
